1. Custom Artwork Policy

At Artremaker, all artworks are custom-made and tailored to the preferences and requests of each individual client. Because of the personal nature of our work:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom pieces unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved preview.

• If a preview is provided for approval, production will only begin once the client has approved the final design.

2. Copyright & Usage Policy

All designs, illustrations, and artworks created by Artremaker are the intellectual property of Artremaker and its artists.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use our artwork or designs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Artremaker.

• Purchasing a custom piece does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer. The artwork is for personal use only, unless a separate licensing agreement is made.

• Artremaker reserves the right to showcase custom work in our portfolio, on our website, and across social media unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Unauthorized use of our designs will result in legal action.

3. Order Process & Timelines

• Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project and our current queue. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of ordering.

• Revisions are typically limited to 1–2 rounds per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Please ensure all instructions are clear and complete at the time of your order. Changes made after the design process has begun may delay your order or incur additional costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Digital orders will be delivered via email or secure download link.

• Physical prints, if applicable, are shipped through trusted carriers. Customers will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

• Artremaker is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.

• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or digital correction depending on the case.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Customer information, including reference images or personal data, is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of completing the order.

• We never share your information with third parties without consent.

7. Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Digital Artworks: Delivered via email or secure download link once complete.

• Physical Artworks/Prints (if applicable): Shipped via trusted carriers. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location and order type. We will provide an estimated shipping window at the time of purchase.

Artremaker is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses submitted by the buyer.

Returns

• Custom artwork is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or with a clear, significant error compared to the approved version.

• Damage Claims: Must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

• If approved, a replacement or digital correction will be offered depending on the medium.
